St. Petersburg, FL – The bicycle event, Withlacoochee Winter Ride, happens on Saturday, December 1, 2012. The ride begins at the Ridge Manor Trailhead and you can choose to ride 20, 30 or 50 miles along the beautiful paved trail. Registration is open from 7-9 am (no mass start). The American Lung Association Bike event offers some of the best cycling in the US. During this ride-at-your-own pace event, you can expect to see spectacular scenery and superb support. This event is ideal for both beginners and advanced cyclists. You’ll have a great time and raise money to help save lives, improve lung health and prevent lung disease.
